Three photographs in age order, of my only penpal,
Tarja Juselin of Hyvinkaa, Finland
Well, with such a beauty, would you want another penpal?
The girls in my year received too many replies to their request for a penpal that a neighbour in my year, Marion Jackson, passed the names on to those of us who were interested.

We corresponded for a number of years, but lost touch during my tour of duty in Aden in 1964.
It would be nice to resume our correspondence, so if anyony reading this has any Finnish connections who could ably assist with this quest, perhaps they could contact me.
The Scott Family of Fort William, Ontario, Canada
This was a real family friendship. I believe it began with Harry Anderson and Billy Scott becoming penpals. Then my mother took over and wrote to the family, and when she died in 1951 my Grandmother continued corresponding with Mrs Scott.
